Are you doing the Cave run swim and ride - Aug 22
Submitted by Philip on Mon, 08/17/2009 - 20:18Cave Run Swin and Bike and Run - Aug 22
Submitted by Philip on Mon, 08/17/2009 - 20:14Bluegrass Triathlon Club has organized a “training tri” following the Open Water Swim that the YMCA of Central Kentucky is putting on at Stoney Cove at Cave Run Lake on August 22, 2009. Since everybody has different goals, we have put together several ride options and run options for members participating in the Open Water Swim. This will give members the opportunity to follow the swim with the ride of their choice, and/or the run of their choice. If somebody wants to come up for the bike and run options, they can do that without swimming.
